Our company was founded in 1997 in a small workshop; in 2004 we moved to San Giovanni in Marignano in Rimini province, to a larger and more efficient place that allows us to meet growing demand from our customers.
The care we take to select the best and most authentic ingredients, our artisanal working methods, as well as the passion we put into our work daily, are at the heart of our products’ quality. The authenticity of the ingredients we use, but also the pre-cooking done by hand, in true Romagna tradition, combined with modern storage and packaging methods and fast dispatch, create the highest-quality products. Soft and fragrant, with a taste that takes us back in time to when our grandmothers used to make them, our preservative-free piadina is healthy and nutritious, suitable for a snack or a whole meal.
Every stage of production is carried out in an environment that adheres to all the food industry’s latest hygiene regulations.
