The product should be consumed immediately after toasting. Heat a baking tray or non-stick pan; when it is very hot, place the piadina with the less-cooked side down on the heated surface for about 40-50 seconds, then turn the piadina onto the other side, leave it for a few seconds to finish toasting, and then serve.
