The product contains a single allergen, “00” wheat flour, as it is made from a cereal containing gluten.
The product should be consumed immediately after toasting. Heat a baking tray or non-stick pan; when it is very hot, place the piadina with the less-cooked side down on the heated surface until bubbles form, then turn the piadina onto the other side, leave it for a few seconds to finish toasting, and then serve.
FILL WITH: Sliced meat, soft cheese, cooked, raw, and grilled vegetables, chocolate spread.
